CONFLICT MANAGEMENT STYLES - 3.5 Hrs

If you have not had previous in depth training in interpersonal communication skills, or you are looking for a refresher, this half day workshop is for you.

Understanding conflict styles is an essential skill in the conflict resolution process.  Each one of us has a natural style preference as to how we handle conflict in a variety of situations.

It is important to understand different conflict handling styles and the impact each style has on the outcome of a situation.

Conflict is an opportunity to increase communication and improve relationships if it is handled well.  Depending on the intended outcome, an appropriate style can be

employed to affect the intended impact.

Through working with conflict handling preferences as measured by the

Thomas Killman Conflict Mode Instrument, you will gain an understanding of how your preferred style contributes to conflict and how it can be used to facilitate its resolution.
