Ann and Cecil have been residents of the Cowichan Valley for over 30 years.

Ann is a long time St John Ambulance certified instructor and both Ann and Cecil have been active volunteers with the St John Adult Brigade.

When the opportunity to operate our own training centre came up we were more than excited to open the "Cowichan Valley Training Centre" on

February 1st, 2017.

All of our instructors are also long time residents, St John instructors and volunteers of the Cowichan Valley.

Our team has a strong sense of community and this endeavour has made it possible not only to supply First Aid training to all Cowichan Valley residents, But also to support the St John youth and adult brigades.

A great and valued community service.
